Gustave Nouel - 'Jazz Art'

This is the first series gave me an international break-trough with my art between 1990 and 1992 when this theme was presented in the Dutch paviljon at the World Expo Sevilla. The International acculturation process and globalisation reflected trhough Jazz and music in general, others was the main inspiration source for this series in mixed media.

Dizzy, last performances 2000		A mythical figure in the Jazz world was Dizzy Gillespy, a 'face' is the nameless mass for many... Participated in the North Sea Jazz Festival and also on other Jazz festivals where I was invited or selected. but was not for sale yet, in that period in time.
